Job Responsibilities
- Drive regional enterprise sales by acquiring new customers and managing existing accounts to achieve revenue targets
- Develop and execute account strategies and sales plans for key regional clients
- Conduct sales meetings and proactively identify customer needs to close business opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle, including customer acquisition, retention, and account development
- Lead pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal preparation, and pricing development
- Ensure smooth account onboarding and activation after contract closure
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3+ years of sales experience (B2B or industrial sales preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Results-driven with solid customer management ability
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
