About the Role

Job Description:

                           
A.    Accountabilities

  • Answer all queries related to Technical Data deliverables (IPC, AMM, TSM, CMM, Drawings,..) on time, on quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage transnational collaborations across departments, including Technical Data, Design Offices, and Engineering Support, etc.
  • Perform data analysis and generate routine status reports.

 
B.    Dimensions

  • Number of customers to support: 32 airlines and 16 MRO’s
  • Number of technical manual to support:  45+
  • Volume of Technical Queries/Year: 400+

C.    Main activities

  • Be part of Airbus strategy

-    Focus on Chinese customers queries as part of Technical Data front desk team
-    Improve customer satisfaction

  •  Customer support

-    Perform pre-analysis of all Airline queries under his responsibility and ensure that related query is logged into the system
-    Answer Level 1 queries and pass Level 2 or above queries to concerned BUs for further analysis
-    Ensure the answer is provided on time and on quality.
-    Analyse Airline Feedback further to the answer

  • Coordination with other BUs

-    Transnational relationship (Technical Data departments, Design Offices, mainly Engineering Support, etc…)
-    Technical Expertise to coordinate transnational and/or multiple ATA queries within SID organization and ensure a single and consistent response
-    Participate in meeting with customers, suppliers and other Airbus organizations

D.    Outputs

  • Weekly report and review with Technical Data team
  • Identify hot and/or long lasting topic and take action 
  • Provide regular report to management team
  • CSIP result analyse and action plan


E.    Requirement

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • 5+ years’ experience in airline maintenance & engineering domain on airbus aircraft
  • Knowledge about airlines’ organization and operation
  • Familiar with Airbus technical documentation
  • Fluent Chinese and English both in written and spoken
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with multi-cultural teams and customers.
  • Skilled in MS Office software


F.    Organisation structure

  • The jobholder has a double reporting line to both central and local manager, being functionally responsible for central SID manager and operationally managed day-to-day by local manager.
