As a Senior Financial Analyst at Temenos Headquarters S.A., you will play a critical role in providing in-depth financial analysis, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring robust financial controls across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Lead and execute complex data analysis projects, leveraging various Analytical Process Techniques and Statistical Analysis Techniques to identify trends, forecast financial performance, and provide actionable insights.
* Develop and implement effective Costing and Budgeting methodologies, performing regular Budget Control and reviewing financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Analyze Alternatives and Recom for financial strategies, investment opportunities, and operational improvements, presenting findings clearly and concisely to management.
* Conduct thorough Data Collection and Analysis, utilizing Database Reporting tools to extract relevant information and perform Data Interpretations to inform financial models and reports.
* Implement and monitor Data Controls to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of financial data.
* Perform comprehensive Perform Gap Analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and planned financial outcomes, proposing corrective actions and improvement strategies.
* Contribute to Managerial Accounting activities, providing detailed financial reports and analyses to support internal decision-making processes.
* Lead the Review and Reporting of financial performance, preparing detailed presentations and documentation for stakeholders.
* Utilize strong Numerical Skills to develop and maintain complex financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
* Develop and execute Action Planning initiatives based on financial analysis findings to drive efficiency and achieve financial objectives.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably within a large, multinational organization.
* Proven expertise in Action Planning, Analytical Process Techniques, and the ability to Analyze Alternatives and Recom effectively.
* Extensive experience with Budget Control, Costing and Budgeting, and financial forecasting.
* Demonstrated proficiency in Data Analysis, Data Collection and Analysis, and Data Interpretations.
* Strong experience with Database Reporting tools and implementing Data Controls.
* Solid understanding of Managerial Accounting principles and practices.
* Exceptional Numerical Skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
* Proven ability to Perform Gap Analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate financial information to diverse audiences through Review and Reporting.
* Proficiency in Statistical Analysis Technique and relevant financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, advanced Excel).
