Security Site Supervisor (Unarmed) - $21-22hr (Savannah, GA)

We are hiring an experienced Security Site Supervisor for contract assignments in the Savannah, Georgia area. The Site Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of security officers assigned to transportation facilities, ensuring professional standards, post coverage, and client expectations are consistently met.

This is a leadership role requiring strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to manage personnel while maintaining an active security presence. The ideal candidate leads by example and takes ownership of operations at their assigned site.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervise and provide daily direction to security officers assigned to the site
• Ensure all posts are covered and officers are on time, in uniform, and performing their duties
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the client on site
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs and monitor officer activity throughout the shift
• Address officer performance issues and document incidents, violations, and corrective actions
• Complete and review Daily Activity Reports (DAR) and ensure accurate shift documentation
• Communicate post updates, policy changes, and directives to officers in a timely manner
• Respond to and manage incidents, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency personnel as needed
• Report operational concerns and staffing issues to the chain of command
• Responsible for conducting on-site training and refresher training for assigned officers
• Enforce facility rules, post orders, and company policies consistently and professionally
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new officers at the site

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of security experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role in any field
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid government-issued ID
• Reliable transportation
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to write clear and accurate incident and activity reports
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening

The following qualifications are preferred but not required. If you hold any of the below, please submit supporting documents with your application:

• Georgia Security Officer License (Blue Card)
• 24-Hour Basic Security Officer Training Certificate
• CPR / First Aid / AED Certification
• OC Spray Certification
• Prior law enforcement, security, and/or military experience

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening

Pay: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour

Shifts available: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
