With over 20,000 pairs of boots from top national brands including Justin, J.B. Dillon, Masterson, Harley-Davidson, Sterling River, and more, we’re looking for energetic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate.

As a Sales Associate, you’ll help create a welcoming shopping experience while assisting customers in finding the perfect pair of boots and apparel. This is a full-time position working mostly afternoon shifts (1:00 pm-9:30 pm)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized product recommendations
• Help customers find the right fit and style through strong product knowledge
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
• Work as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver a great customer experience
• Stay up to date on current promotions, products, and store policies

• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Requirements

Essential Physical Requirements: 

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift)
• Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
