About the Role

Job Description

As our Influencer Lead, you will be responsible for driving the execution of global influencer marketing strategies across markets. You’ll lead the development and activation of culturally relevant, high-performing influencer campaigns that support both brand and business goals. Acting as a strategic connector between global and local teams, you’ll ensure campaigns are locally resonant, globally aligned, and creatively impactful.  

Your role will be both strategic and hands-on, with direct ownership of influencer planning, creative oversight, performance tracking, and team leadership across regions.  

WHAT YOU’LL DO  

  • Lead regional execution of global influencer strategies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and local market insights to drive relevance and impact.  
  • Adapt and localise global campaign frameworks to meet individual market needs, maintaining creative consistency, quality, and brand integrity across all touchpoints.  
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with top-performing influencers and agencies in key regional markets, using data-driven evaluation to guide selection and collaboration.  
  • Guide the creation of engaging, authentic short-form content (TikTok, Reels), supporting teams to produce locally resonant storytelling that reflects brand values.  
  • Provide strategic and creative input throughout campaign development and content ideation, partnering closely with global and local teams to ensure cohesion and innovation.  
  • Oversee campaign performance and internal processes, ensuring high-quality stakeholder engagement, cross-functional alignment, and timely delivery of goals and assets.  
  • Manage global influencer marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and share actionable insights based on regional trends, platform updates, and performance metrics.  

WHO YOU ARE  

We’re looking for a culturally connected leader with a strategic mindset and deep expertise in influencer marketing across regions.

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a strong track record of leading campaigns across multiple markets.  
  •  Deep understanding of short-form content and the creator landscape, particularly on TikTok and Instagram - paired with a creative eye and strategic mindset for content ideation and campaign development.  
  •  Skilled in stakeholder management and confident collaborating across global and local teams to drive results.  
  • Experienced in managing budgets and optimising spend for performance, with a data-informed approach supported by familiarity with social analytics tools and the ability to translate insights into meaningful strategy.  
  •  A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and a high level of adaptability.  
  •  Experience in team leadership, coaching, or mentoring within a marketing or creative function.
