Job Description:

What you’ll be doing

This position requires a holistic knowledge, skills and abilities of digital marketing

Digital Marketing Accountabilities

• Advanced knowledge in various digital media vehicles (social media/Influencers/ /Ali, Tencent ecosystem) and BTL event. Data sensitive; good at leveraging digital marketing vehicles to design holistic digital execution campaign.

• Good understanding & management in social media platforms, especially Weibo, Wechat & daily fans management; be able to bring digital partners or KOL resource is a plus.

• Engage bloggers with an influential social media presence to enhance social media strategy and strengthen the IMAX brand

• Always curious to dig into all IMAX audiences touch points/interactions for creating favorable digital experience for IMAX TA

• Advise on how to use social media to enhance effectiveness of marketing campaigns including: internal functional teams & external digital media partners

• Ensure that digital tactics are integrated into the IMAX’s brand marketing, film marketing and CRM operation strategy that helps make brand-building more effective.

What we’re looking for

This challenging position suits a results-oriented individual with professional & communication skills, fluent in both Mandarin and English.

• Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experiences in digital marketing platforms, social engagement/grassroots marketing experience.

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate professional experience is required.

• Good understanding of online marketing operation & industry best practice.

• Strong analytical skills to make data-based conclusions and propose plans based on them.

• Love movies and have a long-term career plan in movie/entertainment industry • Effective communication skills. innovative and solutions oriented

• Strong presentation & writing skills, work independently and establish priorities • Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
