Job Summary:
At Infinity, we believe performance is developed—not discovered. As a Corporate Trainer, you will play a critical role in building high-performing employees who embody our Perform Culture and consistently deliver exceptional results.
This role is responsible for creating engaging learning experiences that transform new hires into confident, capable contributors while continuously developing existing employees. You will partner closely with Operations, Quality, and Leadership to reinforce expectations, elevate performance, and create an environment where continuous improvement is the standard.

What You’ll Do:
• Deliver engaging onboarding and training programs that prepare employees for success
• Coach employees from knowledge acquisition to confidence and consistent performance
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and hands-on learning experiences
• Conduct skill-building workshops, refresher training, and continuous development sessions
• Partner with leaders to identify performance gaps and implement targeted development plans
• Provide actionable coaching and feedback that drives accountability and results
• Design, maintain, and improve training materials, curriculum, and learning resources
• Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs based on performance outcomes
• Support operational initiatives, compliance requirements, and quality expectations
• Serve as a role model for Infinity’s Perform Culture through Energy, Excellence, and Execution
Requirements

• Comfortable collaborating across departments and building strong partnerships
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Commitment to continuous improvement and performance excellence
Education & Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of training, coaching, learning and development, or related experience required
• Previous experience in a call center, sales, customer service, or performance-driven environment preferred
• Leadership or team development experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand and present for extended periods during training sessions
• Ability to move throughout classrooms and production environments regularly
• Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods when developing training materials and reports
• Occasionally lift up to 10 pounds, if needed
