Job Description

  • Analyze event performance metrics and post-event feedback to identify areas of improvement to the event outcomes.

 

  • Conduct after action review to ascertain areas of strengths and weaknesses related to the management of the events.

 

  • Coordinate execution of events outcomes that align with plans.

 

  • Coordinate the acquisition of event speakers.

 

  • Coordinate with office administration on clients' invoicing and payment.

 

  • Develop event communication plans for internal stakeholders.

 

  • Document clients' requirements that align with event scope and objectives.

 

  • Highlight events plan implementation issues and deviations from plans in reports and meetings.

 

  • Perform event boundary management and zoning of attractions sites.

 

  • Prepare documentation in support of events closure.

 

  • Prepare draft event proposals that align with clients' requirements for internal review.

 

  • Prepare draft event plans for internal review.

 

  • Provide feedback on usage of workplace technology.

 

  • Regulate type and scale of events held on site at the property.

 

  • Research trends in technology applications to improve productivity and innovation.

 

  • Source suitable venues based on clients' requirements with internal stakeholders.

 

  • Troubleshoot any issues and deviations to the event plans.

 

  • Work with internal stakeholders to execute plan.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field 

  • 1-2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
