Role Overview

As a Senior Real Estate Agent, you will leverage your industry expertise and established network to drive business growth, manage high-value client relationships, and deliver exceptional results across Dubai's dynamic real estate market. You will play a key role in representing the Driven brand while mentoring less experienced consultants and contributing to the continued success of your team.

  • Proven track record in real estate sales, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the UAE real estate market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a client-focused approach.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, particularly the secondary market.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
  • Real estate certification or relevant industry qualifications are advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages, including Arabic, are a plus.
  • A valid UAE driver's license and access to a vehicle are preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of generating business independently.
  • Up to 70% commission payable, uncapped.
  • Monthly, quarterly, and yearly rewards for top performers.
