Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to offer a remarkable opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Agent to join a dynamic team with the benefit of paid relocation to Greece. This role involves providing high-quality customer support to French-speaking clients while enjoying the vibrant culture and lifestyle of Greece.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to French-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction in a timely and professional manner.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay updated on company products, policies, and promotions to offer accurate information.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic approach when dealing with customer concerns.
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within a remote or international setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to effectively manage challenging situations and resolve conflicts.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and standard office software.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation support provided.
