About the Role
ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing Information Specialists whom are responsible for processing healthcare technology data in any of the following Global Supply Chain Solutions (GSCS) areas: Capital Guide, Supply Guide, Vendor Guide/Device Comparison, and Functional Equivalents. Priorities and direction will be set forth by the Team Manager and align with those set forth by their corresponding US Team Lead. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of data entry for our databases and platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet monthly with APAC and US Team leads and APAC Global Supply Chain Solutions Manager
- Lead and motivate a team of information specialists in a fast-paced environment.
- Supervise data entry procedures to ensure accuracy and adherence to protocols.
- Conduct quality control checks on data entry to identify and rectify errors.
- Train new team members on data entry protocols, healthcare terminology, and relevant software.
- Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members and other departments.
- Resolve data entry issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Perform data summarization, systems status and performance reporting, and other data retrieval and management tasks as requested.
- Utilize company databases or online resources to conduct in-depth research on healthcare technology and related topics.
- Accurately input and maintain data from various sources into our designated systems.
- Meticulously review entered data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information. Conduct research to obtain missing details and ensure data quality.
- Organize and categorize data according to established protocols and procedures.
- Maintain and update existing data records, ensuring all information is current and complete.
- Follow established data entry protocols and maintain strict data confidentiality standards.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues in the US office by routinely providing updates.
- Meet daily and weekly quotas for updating database content.
- Accuracy of greater than 99% for all data entry and curation tasks
- Perform additional task assigned by superior when required.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in any healthcare related discipline, e.g. biomedical sciences, biotechnology etc.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in a related field
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
