Job Description

In this role, you will join our Nordic Service Team, delivering installation, calibration, qualification, and technical support services across the Nordic region.

This position is particularly well suited for Marine Engineers looking to apply their technical knowledge of electrical in a new industry. Working with advanced monitoring solutions in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and life sciences industries, you will support customers in highly regulated environments. Previous calibration experience is not required, as we provide comprehensive training in our systems and processes.

The role is primarily field based, with most of your time spent at customer sites around Roskilde. You will collaborate with colleagues across Europe and our headquarters in Switzerland. The position includes up to 80 days of travel per year, as well as occasional training at other ELPRO locations.

You are responsible for solution and service delivery.

Your primary responsibility is to provide a detailed and compliant service for our customers. Working in a regulated environment, accuracy and attention to detail is key.  The role requires creative and practical problem-solving skills to maintain ELPRO’s high service and quality standards.

You will enjoy the following activities (included but not limited to)

  • Accredited ISO17025 calibration services
  • Solution hardware installation
  • Solution Software installation
  • System qualification testing and reporting
  • Thermal mapping services
  • Customer support - fault finding and corrective action
  • Service work and calibration on measuring instruments and monitoring systems

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marine Engineering or a similar technical engineering discipline.
  • 1-2 years of practical experience from maritime, industrial, technical service, maintenance, or commissioning environments.
  • Good IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with technical software or troubleshooting is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Danish and good in English (oral and written).
