We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter to join our team, specializing in the construction, installation, and repair of wooden structures and fixtures across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role demands precision craftsmanship and a commitment to delivering high-quality work that meets exact specifications.

Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to construct, install, and repair wooden structures and fixtures with precision craftsmanship, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Blueprint reading and interpretation
  • Power tool operation (saws, drills, routers)
  • Framing and rough carpentry
  • Finish carpentry (trim, molding, cabinetry)
  • Concrete formwork construction
  • Measuring and leveling for precise installations
  • Wood joinery techniques
  • Optimizing material cuts to reduce waste
  • Meeting or exceeding daily production targets
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work site
