Andy’s Sprinkler & Drainage is one of the most recognized and respected irrigation and drainage companies in Texas. Backed by Fairway Companies, we are growing quickly and looking for experienced sales professionals who know how to close, build trust, and turn strong lead flow into serious income.

This is a 100% commission opportunity built for seasoned closers. With average tickets over two-thousand dollars, drainage projects regularly ranging from five-thousand to twenty-thousand plus, and consistent company-provided leads, this role is designed for sales professionals who want their performance to directly drive their earnings.

Responsibilities

• Run residential and commercial sales consultations in-home and on-site
• Identify irrigation, drainage, and water management needs and present effective solutions
• Prepare and present Good-Better-Best proposals with financing options
• Own the full sales cycle from first appointment through signed agreement
• Build strong customer relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
• Partner with operations and field teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Use ServiceTitan to manage pipeline activity, track follow-up, and close opportunities

Requirements

• 3+ years of in-home, field, or outside sales experience
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Comfortable presenting premium solutions at premium prices
• Strong communication skills with a consultative, listen-first approach
• Self-motivated, accountable, and able to manage a territory like a business
• Experience in home services, irrigation, landscaping, construction, or related industries is a plus
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
