We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as Transaction Banking Product Sales (AVP/VP), covering both Hong Kong and Macau. This role supports cross-market client engagement and solution delivery, with a strong focus on cash management and digital transaction banking solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of relevant experience, with proven expertise in Virtual Accounts, API solutions, Host-to-Host (H2H) connectivity, and SWIFT FileAct. Experience in covering Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs) and Bank Financial Institutions (FIs) is essential. A proactive mindset, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment are critical to success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales strategy and execution for cash management and digital transaction banking solutions across Hong Kong and Macau
- Develop and manage relationships with NBFIs and Bank FIs, as well as key corporate clients, delivering tailored solutioning
- Originate and promote solutions including Virtual Accounts, API connectivity, H2H integration, and SWIFT FileAct
- Collaborate with product, implementation, and marketing teams to deliver strong client propositions
- Identify business opportunities through market insights and competitor analysis
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
- Provide training and support to relationship managers to enhance product penetration
- Prepare and present sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in transaction banking product sales, with a strong focus on cash management
- Proven experience covering Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs) and Bank Financial Institutions (FIs)
- Hands-on expertise in Virtual Accounts, API solutions, Host-to-Host (H2H), and SWIFT FileAct
- Proven track record in originating and executing complex, multi-market deals
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with a results-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior clients and internal partners
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
