Quality Control TechnicianThe Quality Control Technician is an inspector and responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards through inspection, testing, and internal quality audits.
Quality Control Technician Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Conduct frequent audits and inspections of product and processes to ensure quality standards, regulatory and customer requirement compliance.
  • Inspection and Testing: Conduct inspections and tests on manufactured products, materials, and equipment to verify compliance with specifications.
  • Drawings and Specification Review: Read and interpret blueprints/ drawings and specifications to ensure that production process align with quality standard.
  • Recommendations for Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in production processes and product requirements.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control processes to assist in root cause and trends.

Requirements


  • 2 years related experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or testing is desired.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, quality tools, and industrial manufacturing processes
  • Experience with supplier quality management and audit processes
  • Structured, analytical working style with strong problem-solving skills
  • Confident communication skills in a cross-functional, international environment
  • Ability to pass Pre- Employment Drug screen and Physical.
  • Ability to pass nationwide background check.
