Join Our Team as a Dealership Customer Service & Cashier Associate!


Are you a people person with a sharp eye for detail? We are looking for a welcoming and organized Customer Service & Cashier Associate to be the heartbeat of our dealership's front sales floor. 


In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll help create a warm, welcoming environment while ensuring smooth daily operations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides and ensures exceptional customer service;
  • Accurately and effectively processes payments for products and services sold by the dealership;
  • Promptly, accurately, and courteously answers and directs incoming dealership telephone calls, messages and customer requests to the proper area or person;
  • Performs filing and other clerical functions as designated by the Office Manager;
  • Accurately balances daily cash and paper transactions;
  • Performs other directly related duties consistent with the role and function of the specification.


Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of processing customer cash and paper transactions;
  • Thorough knowledge of telephone, cash register features, credit / debit card processes;
  • Skilled in handling sensitive inquires or complaints and resolving customer problems;
