Board Execution Lead - Commercial Board

The Strategic area manager is accountable for both strategical and tactical decisions and actions for the area program. The strategy aspects of these decisions must consider multidimensional impacts beyond the near-term delivery. Responsible for planning of the delivery of the overall area program and its activities in accordance with the strategy of the area program to pro-actively support the overall long term goal of the company. Identify needs and opportunities within the specific area and develop new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the company. In cooperation with resource owners secure resources to the area program activities. Provide mentorship and coaching to team members and other stakeholders. Actively drive area specific insights and activities globally by using internal and external networks. Financial responsibility for allocated resources and cost, both internal and external. Develop funding proposals for the area program to ensure the continuous and future delivery in line with the company strategy. Responsible for defining the area program governance and daily managing of the area program during its lifecycle.Responsible for creation of roadmap/strategic plan and gap analysis including actions plan to fill the identified gaps. Handle change management in the area program and related interfaces. Responsible for maximizing return of investments (ROI) and value delivery.
