About the Role
We are seeking a Program Analyst III (Partnerships) to assist with coordination and project management of funded partner activities and initiatives..
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and project managing funded partner activities, ensuring adherence to workplans, and tracking progress.
- Monitor milestones and timelines for funded partner workplans, collaborating with team members to allocate responsibilities for project components.
- Actively participate in monitoring and resolving issues or roadblocks, working closely with the team and leadership.
- Provide support in monitoring and reporting on the progress of project plans, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
- Support team in funded partner communications and engagements.
- Attend all partner calls, capturing comprehensive notes and tracking partner questions and requests for timely follow-up.
- Engage with relevant Matter Experts (SMEs) and division teams to facilitate communications and follow-ups.
- Draft email outreach and responses to enhance communication efficiency.
- Monitor communications from funded partners and promptly alert partnership lead to urgent requests or issues.
- Monitor funded partner work plan activities and communicate obstacles to timely and effective execution to team leads.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure the effective execution of activities requiring support.
- Provide support for diverse needs, including the identification and scheduling of SMEs, review of materials by SMEs or Communications staff, and scheduling calls with partners.
Requirements
Required Experience and Skills
- 4+ years of experience working as a Program Analyst, preferably within a federal government agency.
- Previous experience with programs, policies, procedures, and communication activities preferred.
- Proven experience in coordinating and project managing activities, with a focus on funded partner engagements.
- Demonstrated ability to track progress and ensure the successful implementation of workplans.
- Strong collaborative skills, with a track record of coordinating with diverse team members to allocate responsibilities for project components.
- Experience in attending partner calls, capturing detailed notes, and tracking partner questions and requests.
- Proficient in organizing and facilitating meetings to ensure productive discussions and outcomes.
- Previous experience in assisting with funded partner communications and engagements with ability to engage with stakeholders, SMES and division teams and external partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Experience in drafting email communications, responses, and notes for effective documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Superior multi-tasking and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize assignments, while remaining flexible to changing priorities and new initiatives.
- Able to obtain a government clearance.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Education and Training
- Bachelor’s degree in in public health, business, or related field
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- May need to lift 25 pounds on occasion.
