About the Role
Description
The salary for this role is $70,500 - $75,000 per year
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage daily spa operations, including staff scheduling, guest services, and inventory oversight
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of spa professionals to deliver elevated experiences
- Collaborate closely with the Spa Director to refine processes and drive continuous improvement
- Oversee payroll preparation and ensure timekeeping accuracy
- Hire, onboard, and support new team members as they grow
- Be a hands-on leader, stepping into concierge, reservation, or attendant roles as needed
- Resolve guest issues with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain a spotless, welcoming, and safe spa environment
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay Range: The salary for this role is $70,500 - $75,000 per year

Requirements
- 2+ years of spa or hospitality management experience (luxury or boutique preferred)
- Confident leader with strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with spa or hospitality systems (e.g., Mindbody, Booker, or similar)
- Familiarity with payroll and staff scheduling
- Guest-first mindset with a passion for wellness and service
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Solid knowledge of appointment management
- Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
- Ability to adapt to changing situations, working under pressure, and handling unexpected situations with grace
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
