Job Description

Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Account Assistant to support client accounts and ensure outstanding service delivery. This role serves as an important link between clients and internal teams, helping maintain strong relationships, coordinate account activities, and contribute to overall client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and eager to develop valuable skills in client relations, account coordination, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the management and coordination of client accounts.
  • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and account-related requests.
  • Maintain accurate account records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Monitor account activity and provide updates to clients as needed.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and account summaries.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and strengthen relationships.
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism in all client interactions.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and account reviews.
  • Contribute to team objectives and organizational goals.
