Compensation & Premium Benefits
- Pay Rate: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience).
- Hours: Consistent, full-time hours.

Requirements
What We Are Looking For
- Landscape Skills: Basic knowledge of planting, mulching, sod installation, and landscape materials is preferred but not required.
- Equipment Familiarity: Ability to safely use hand tools, wheelbarrows, shovels, and small power equipment (training provided).
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a crew under the direction of a Landscape Lead.
- Physical Capability: Comfort performing physical labor outdoors in Florida weather.
- Core Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with installing plants, trees, sod, mulch, rock, and other landscape materials.
- Support site preparation, grading, and cleanup tasks.
- Operate basic landscape tools and equipment safely.
- Follow instructions from the Landscape Lead to ensure proper layout and installation.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients or team members.
- Uphold company quality standards on every project.
Minimum Required Experience and Education
- Experience: Prior landscape or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required; we will train motivated candidates.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of plant material, soil preparation, and landscape tools is helpful.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing job needs.
- Credentials: A valid driver’s license is required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
