About the Role

Join the Kunes Auto Group Team


Kunes Auto Group is seeking a professional, customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our dealership. This role is essential to creating a positive customer experience by providing exceptional service, managing incoming communications, and supporting daily administrative operations.

Compensation

$18.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Answer and direct calls through a multi-line phone system efficiently and courteously.
  • Process customer payments for service, parts, and vehicle sales transactions.
  • Assist with daily cash balancing and reconciliation activities.
  • Support vehicle inventory administration, including stocking in new units and processing wholesale transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Assist various departments with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and help resolve concerns in a professional manner.
  • Ensure the reception area remains organized and welcoming for customers and guests.

Requirements

 

Qualifications

  • 1+ years prior experience in reception, customer service, administrative, or office experience REQUIRED.
  • Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
