Punctual Pros is the central hub behind three industry-leading home service brands: Mister Sparky Electric, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Dispatcher to join our in-office team and help ensure smooth, reliable service delivery across all three brands.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be the first line of communication for our technicians, customer inquiries, appointment scheduling, and administrative support. You’ll play a key part in connecting our customers with the right technicians, ensuring job orders are tracked accurately, and coordinating follow-ups. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and enjoys bringing structure to dynamic workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize technician schedules through Service Titan, ensuring efficient dispatch based on technician skill set, location, and availability.
- Monitor daily operations, adjust schedules as needed, and maintain communication with technicians regarding job status, schedule changes, and customer updates.
- Provide exceptional customer service by confirming appointments, communicating delays, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively maximize schedule efficiency by scheduling sold work, filling open appointment times, promoting maintenance memberships, and reviewing unscheduled opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records, job information, notes, and appointment statuses within Service Titan.
- Ensure all customer and team interactions reflect company standards, core values, and professionalism.

Requirements
Required:
- Previous dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or call center experience.
- Experience with Service Titan preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with computers, phone systems, and scheduling software.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills.
