About the Role

We’re looking for a Management Consultant with strong product management experience to join our Sydney team.

This is a client-facing role where you’ll work across strategy through to delivery, helping organisations shape, build, and optimise digital products and customer experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams to drive product outcomes in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the end-to-end delivery of digital products from discovery through to implementation and optimisation

  • Translate business and customer needs into product backlogs, user stories, and functional requirements

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, client stakeholders) to deliver product outcomes

  • Drive prioritisation decisions aligned to customer value and business objectives

  • Support development of product roadmaps and delivery plans

  • Manage stakeholder relationships across client and internal teams

  • Contribute to broader transformation programs, identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and business performance

About You

  • Experience in product management, product ownership, or digital delivery within a consulting or enterprise environment

  • Strong ability to manage stakeholders and translate business needs into product solutions

  • Experience working across complex organisations and delivery teams

  • Comfortable working across both strategy and execution

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
