Digital Consultants seeks a Voice/Data Communications Specialist to support the United States Army West Desert Test Center (WDTC) Data Science Division (DSD) Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) contract at Dugway Proving Ground (DPG), Utah. The Voice/Data Communications Specialist supports voice and data communications services, network connectivity, user access management, and operational support activities for Information Technology (IT) and Information Systems (IS) supporting WDTC operations. This position assists with mobile device management, account administration, communications support, network troubleshooting, and infrastructure support activities to ensure secure, reliable, and available services in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD), Army, and local requirements.
Location: Dugway, UT
Duties to include:
- Support voice and data communications services.
- Support network connectivity, monitoring, and troubleshooting activities.
- Support mobile device management and communications services.
- Support user account administration, access management, and authentication services.
- Provision, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot mobile devices and associated services.
- Support directory and authentication service operations.
- Assist users with communications, mobility, network, and account-related technical issues.
- Support account creation, modification, password reset, and access request activities.
- Maintain communications inventories, records, and associated documentation.
- Support implementation of cybersecurity requirements and security best practices.
- Maintain communications inventories, records, and associated documentation.

- Assist with mobile device security, configuration management, and compliance activities.
- Coordinate with systems administrators, network specialists, cybersecurity personnel, and Government stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Support testing, operational, and mission requirements.
- Provide customer service and technical assistance to Government personnel.
Requirements
- Clearance: Secret minimum, but must be able to complete a T5 Background Investigation.
- Certifications:
- IAT II, One baseline cert: GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, CND, GCED, CASP CE, or Network+
- One CE/relevant cert: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CCAR, MCPS, MCAS, FSCA, FSAA, or FSCE..
- Education: HS Diploma
- Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience supporting mobile devices, communications systems, user account administration, or Information Technology support operations.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience supporting voice/data communications, network operations, mobile device management, user account administration, or Information Technology support services.
- Experience supporting network connectivity, communications systems, troubleshooting, and operational support activities.
- Experience supporting mobile devices, account provisioning, password management, and authentication services.
- Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) Information Technology environments preferred.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently.
- Proficiency in the use of computers, operating systems, and software required to perform assigned duties.
- Physical Requirements: The candidate must be able to travel to other worksites as required and with or without reasonable accommodation, be able to sit, stand, use computers and monitors, and perform duties in an office environment for extended periods. The candidate must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. on occasion (e.g., moving a case of paper or similar task) that may occur occasionally.
