Digital Consultants seeks a Supply Technician to support the United States Army West Desert Test Center (WDTC) Data Science Division (DSD) Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) contract at Dugway Proving Ground (DPG), Utah. The Supply Technician supports Government Furnished Property (GFP) accountability, inventory management, asset tracking, and logistics activities supporting Information Technology (IT) and Information Systems (IS) operations. This position assists with equipment inventory, property records, shipment coordination, asset documentation, and service desk support activities to ensure accurate accountability and operational readiness of IT assets supporting WDTC mission requirements.
Location: Dugway, UT
Duties to include:
- Maintain accountability and inventory records for Government Furnished Property (GFP) and IT assets.
- Track receipt, issuance, transfer, shipment, and disposition of IT equipment and materials.
- Maintain asset records, inventory databases, and supporting documentation.Conduct inventory audits, asset verification activities, and property accountability reviews.
- Support equipment deployment, collection, relocation, and technology refresh activities.
- Coordinate shipment, receipt, storage, and distribution of IT equipment and materials.
- Assist with preparation of inventory reports, property records, and asset management documentation.
- Support service desk operations and customer support activities as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with Government property management requirements.
- Coordinate with Government and contractor personnel to support operational and mission requirements.
Requirements
- Clearance: Active Secret clearance required. Must possess a Tier 3 (T3/T3R) or higher investigation.
- Certifications: IAT I required. Must maintain all certifications and training required by contract requirements throughout contract performance.
- Education: HS Diploma
- Experience: Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting inventory management, asset tracking, property accountability, logistics support, service desk operations, or Information Technology support activities.
- Experience maintaining inventory records, asset databases, and property accountability documentation.
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience supporting Government Furnished Property (GFP), inventory control, or IT asset management activities preferred.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently.
- Proficiency in the use of computers and software required to perform assigned duties.
- Physical Requirements: The candidate must be able to travel to other worksites as required and with or without reasonable accommodation, be able to sit, stand, use computers and monitors, and perform duties in an office environment for extended periods. The candidate must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. on occasion (e.g., moving a case of paper or similar task) that may occur occasionally.
