Bailey’s Heating & Air is looking for a motivated HVAC Apprentice to join our team in Augusta, GA. This is a great opportunity for someone mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and ready to build a long-term career in the HVAC trade. No experience is required, but any prior exposure to HVAC or technical training is a plus.


What You’ll Be Doing as our HVAC Apprentice:

  • Work alongside experienced HVAC technicians and learn  the trade hands-on
  • Assist with HVAC installations, maintenance, and basic service work
  • Learn system components, tools, and safety procedures
  • Help maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Follow company standards and safety guidelines

Requirements

 What We’re Looking For in our next HVAC Apprentice:

  • Hungry to learn and grow in the HVAC field
  • Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic
  • No HVAC experience required (prior experience or trade      school is a plus)
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Valid driver’s license

Pay & Benefits:

  • Starting pay: $15 per hour
