JOB TITLE: Client Services Associate

REPORTS TO: Managing Principals & VP, Industrial


Position Brief
SRS Real Estate Partners is seeking a polished, high-performing Client Services Associate to support a nationally recognized brokerage team. This role is critical to ensure the highest levels of client service, marketing execution, and transaction efficiency across a fast-moving, high-production business. The ideal candidate brings professionalism, responsiveness, superior administrative and organizational skills, and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset. This team operates with urgency and precision, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in that environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative, transaction, and project support with exceptional accuracy and speed.
  • Assist with drafting LOIs, contracts, and other deal documents (expected 2-hour turnaround).
  • Support due diligence, coordinate documentation, and manage deal entry processes.
  • Develop marketing collateral, manage listings, and execute campaigns (marketing packages completed within 4 days).
  • Coordinate market reports, activity updates, surveys, and competitive research.
  • Prepare client-focused presentations, proposals, and pitch materials.
  • Respond promptly and professionally—this role requires flexibility and reliability.
  • Assist with RSVPs and listing-related reporting.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant administrative or marketing support experience.
  • Commercial real estate license preferred but not required.
  • Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Ability to handle shifting priorities and perform in a high-demand environment.
  • Positive attitude, strong professionalism, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
