About the Role

Employment Type: Fixed Term Full Time Contract

Hours: 76 hours per fortnight

Salary: PGY3+ from $49.71 - $80.40

Location: Werribee Mercy Hospital

About the opportunity

Hospital Medical Officer in Obstetrics and Gynaecology for February 2027 and August 2027 intakes. Join a team of 12 Hospital Medical Officers and 15 Registrars.  Variety of experience in all aspects of Obstetrics & Gynaecology. Suitable for IMG needing Level 2 supervision. Accredited with RANZCOG to provide CWH and PTP training and RACGP extended skills training.

About You

  • Candidates are required to meet the position and qualification requirements.

  • Current registration or suitable for registration as a Medical Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

  • Highly developed and up to date clinical and theoretical knowledge.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with people at all levels and work collaboratively with a diverse team.

  • Experience in O&G
