Join our comprehensive twelve-month graduate enrolled nurse program (October 2026 intake) designed to nurture confident and skilled healthcare professionals.

We are a not-for-profit Catholic private hospital which operates across four locations in Victoria – East Melbourne, Fitzroy, Kew and Werribee, we offer diverse clinical experiences in a supportive environment.

Our experienced team of clinical professionals and educators are equipped to provide the highest level of therapeutic, medical and surgical services. We work together to ensure patient safety, well-being and recovery.

ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:

Our program gives you the opportunity to explore exciting high acuity clinical areas such as cardiothoracics, orthopaedics, vascular, urology, gynaecology and colorectal surgery. We also encourage our graduates to experience nursing in specialty areas such as in the peri-operative setting, the post anaesthetic care unit, cardiology, paediatrics, neurosurgery, haematology/oncology and our major plastic and reconstructive surgery unit. Each graduate is generally allocated 2 rotations of 6 months duration.

We understand that every graduate brings unique interests and career aspirations. That's why our Enrolled Nurse Graduate Program offers personalised pathways tailored to your professional goals. Choose from three rotation options, each designed to build your confidence and expertise:

Acute Ward Based Rotations

Immerse yourself in diverse clinical experiences with two 6-month rotations across our acute general wards. This stream provides the perfect foundation for those seeking broad clinical exposure and versatility.

Mixed Acute Ward and Specialty Rotations

Your journey includes one 6-month rotation in our general wards plus another 6-month rotation in a specialty area. This stream is ideal for nurses wanting to discover where their passion truly lies.

Operating Theatre Rotations (where available)
