About the Role

Autobrains is a leading embedded systems company developing perception and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) technology for the automotive industry.

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to build and maintain the critical infrastructure that powers our multi-platform development pipeline, from cloud-based development environments to embedded automotive systems.

This role combined traditional cloud infrastructure, embedded systems tooling, and safety-critical automotive software deployment.

You will work closely with our embedded systems, software, and quality teams to enable rapid, reliable, and traceable releases across multiple customer programs (VinFast, JoyNext, and internal platforms).

Responsibilities

  • Expert in infrastructure cost optimization, cloud resource management, and identifying opportunities to reduce operational expenses without compromising performance or reliability
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, supporting multi-repository development workflows and versioned manifest-based releases
  • Build and optimize cloud infrastructure for development, testing, and OTA (Over-The-Air) deployment pipelines (x86-based build systems, container orchestration, monitoring, and observability)
  • Establish and enforce DevOps best practices for safety-critical automotive software (ISO 26262, AUTOSAR, traceability, audit logs, change management)
  • Collaborate with embedded systems teams to ensure deterministic, bit-identical builds across different platforms and environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues affecting development velocity and production systems

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience
  • Strong expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with automotive development processes (AUTOSAR, ISO 26262, OTA deployment)
  • Proficiency with Docker, containerization, and modern deployment practices
  • Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration platforms
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Oracle or Azure) and networking fundamentals
  • Proficiency with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or equivalent)
  • Strong scripting and programming skills (Python, Bash, Go, or equivalent)
  • Available to work on-site in Tel Aviv, Israel

Advantage:

  •  Experience with embedded systems, cross-compilation, or ARM/TI Jacinto toolchains
  • Knowledge of ADAS, perception pipelines, or camera calibration systems
  • Experience managing multi-site or distributed development teams
  • Background in safety-critical system development

What We Offer:

  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge autonomous driving technology with real-world impact
  • Collaborative environment with cross-functional teams spanning software, hardware, and quality
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Opportunities for professional growth and technical leadership
  • On-site role in Tel Aviv with modern development infrastructure
