Job Description
Join our Compliance Assurance Team to lead risk-based reviews and strengthen compliance controls across the bank. Reporting to the Head of Compliance Assurance, you’ll play a key role in evaluating control effectiveness, driving remediation, and providing insights to senior stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
Lead end-to-end compliance assurance reviews
Assess control design & effectiveness using risk-based methodologies
Deliver clear, actionable reports and recommendations
Provide remediation recommendations and monitor implementation through to completion
Contribute to senior management reporting and governance
What we’re looking for:
3-5+ years in compliance, audit, or risk (banking/financial services)
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and control environments
Proven ability to lead reviews and engage senior stakeholders
