About the Role

Vil du jobbe med tekniske løsninger som brukes på skip over hele verden?

Framo Services AS søker en Technical Advisor Diesel Engines som vil være en sentral fagressurs for vår serviceorganisasjon.

Du vil støtte våre prosjektingeniører og serviceteknikere med feilsøking, reparasjoner, oppgraderinger og teknisk rådgivning knyttet til dieselmotorer i Framos pumpesystemer.

Om stillingen

Hvert år installerer Framo et betydelig antall pumpesystemer globalt. Mange av disse er utstyrt med dieselmotorer som krever oppfølging både ved igangkjøring og gjennom hele skipets levetid.

Som Technical Advisor Diesel Engines får du en viktig rolle i å sikre høy kvalitet på service og support av motorinstallasjonene våre. Du vil samarbeide tett med kunder, serviceteknikere, prosjektingeniører, produksjon og våre motorleverandører.

Arbeidsoppgaver

  • Teknisk støtte til prosjektingeniører og serviceteknikere ved igangkjøring, feilsøking og service på dieselmotorer.
  • Bistå ved tekniske utfordringer på fartøy i drift.
  • Være kontaktpunkt mot motorleverandør og deres service- og ettermarkedsorganisasjon.
  • Følge opp servicehenvendelser, garantisaker og claims i henhold til gjeldende rutiner.
  • Bidra til modifikasjoner, oppgraderinger og kontinuerlig forbedring av eksisterende løsninger.
  • Utarbeide tekniske instrukser, veiledninger og informasjonsmateriell for intern og ekstern bruk.
  • Planlegge og gjennomføre opplæring for serviceteknikere og saksbehandlere.
  • Samarbeide tett med serviceavdelingen i Framo Services AS og produksjonsmiljøet i Framo Fusa AS.

Kvalifikasjoner

  • Teknisk utdanning fra fagskole, høyskole eller universitet. Relevant erfaring kan kompensere for formell utdanning.
  • Erfaring med dieselmotorer, gjerne Scania-motorer.
  • Erfaring fra maritim industri, service eller teknisk drift er en fordel.
  • Gode engelskkunnskaper, både muntlig og skriftlig.
  • Komfortabel med digitale verktøy som Microsoft Office og ERP-systemer.
  • Strukturert og selvstendig, med gode samarbeidsevner og en praktisk tilnærming til problemløsning.
