About the role: 

As Recruitment Coordinator, you will support Hiring Leaders and the Talent Strategy team by coordinating recruitment and workforce administration activities. This role helps ensure accurate data, compliant documentation and efficient scheduling, enabling Managers and the Talent Partner to make informed and timely resourcing decisions.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job requisitions, advertising coordination, interview scheduling and candidate liaison. 
  • Provide timely and accurate administration for employee movements, including onboarding, transfers, exits and documentation. 
  • Maintain workforce, recruitment and scheduling data to support reporting, workforce planning and decision-making. 
  • Support the Talent Partner with recruitment coordination, data entry and reporting activities. 
  • Build effective relationships with Hiring Leaders and People & Culture stakeholders to support operational and workforce requirements.

About you: 
You are highly organised, detail-focused and confident coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You bring experience in recruitment, resource coordination or administration, and understand the importance of accurate data, compliant documentation and strong stakeholder support. 
You will bring:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and, ideally, workforce or recruitment systems. 
  • Strong organisational, scheduling and time-management skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities. 
  • An understanding of recruitment processes, candidate management and HR administration. 
  • High accuracy and attention to detail in scheduling, data entry and employee movement processing.
