About the Role
Marine Federal Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Digital Branch to help lead day-to-day digital branch operations, coach team members, and support an exceptional member experience across digital service channels. This role combines leadership, operational oversight, and digital innovation to drive service quality, efficiency, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily Digital Branch operations to ensure strong service levels, quality standards, and member experience.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members through training, performance management, and ongoing support.
- Monitor production, service, and operational metrics; identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Support digital banking, lending, and account-opening channels while helping resolve complex member or system issues.
- Promote compliance with policies, procedures, BSA, OFAC, and information security standards.
- Contribute to digital transformation efforts, process improvements, and technology enhancements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3–5 years of experience in financial services, digital banking, or contact center/virtual branch operations.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication, coaching, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to analyze performance data and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be bondable.
This role is ideal for a service-driven leader who values team development, operational excellence, and innovation in digital banking.
Availability: 7AM-7PM Monday-Friday, Saturdays, 8AM-2PM
