DESCRIPTION
- Lead the development of a marketing strategy for Instant Coffee Jacobs in Ukraine
- Ownership and management of Instant Coffee Jacobs P&L in Ukraine
- Development and management of Instant Coffee Jacobs portfolio
- Develop and implement brand marketing plan to achieve short-term and long-term sales goals, financial KPIs, as well as market share goals
- Develop a plan of the launch of new products in the markets
- Lead NPD launch in Ukraine (cooperation with global and local R&D; alignment with all stakeholders)
- Prepare presentations for Sales team, Leadership team
- Prepare monthly reports and presentations on brand representation in the market, financial performance (P&L), regular analyses of business processes
- Work with advertising agencies to promote brands (adaptation/creation of communication materials, development of packaging designs, BTL and ATL projects)
- Develop and approve packaging designs
- Track activity of competitors
- Work with documents (costs, accruals, etc)
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- Higher education in Economics or Marketing
- Proven track record in marketing, at least 1 year at the BM position level demonstrating success in P&L management with a strong focus on best-in-class execution
- Advanced FMCG Brand Management in a top marketing organization, managing multiple brands/categories with diverse positioning is a serious advantage
- Advanced English (speaking and writing) and Native Ukrainian
- Proactivity
- Ability to work efficiently in an area of high independence, multitasking, deadlines
- Developed leadership competencies and focus on results
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (work with complex formulas and macros)
- High level of stress resistance
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work alone and in a team
