About the Role
Your mission
- Support daily logistics activities related to spare parts distribution and transportation across Europe.
- Assist with shipping documentation, data maintenance, and updates in internal logistics systems.
- Help prepare reports, maintain records, and support operational and administrative processes.
- Contribute to data analysis, KPI reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues and logistics partners in an international business environment.
- Gain valuable practical experience and insights into transport, logistics, and supply chain management while supporting a dynamic team.
Your profile
- Strong interest in logistics, transportation, and supply chain management
- Previous internship or student work experience in logistics is an advantage but not required
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Good Excel skills and confidence working with data
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent English and German
- Service-oriented, proactive, and reliable working style
- Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week
