About the Role

Your mission

  • Support daily logistics activities related to spare parts distribution and transportation across Europe.
  • Assist with shipping documentation, data maintenance, and updates in internal logistics systems.
  • Help prepare reports, maintain records, and support operational and administrative processes.
  • Contribute to data analysis, KPI reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and logistics partners in an international business environment.
  • Gain valuable practical experience and insights into transport, logistics, and supply chain management while supporting a dynamic team.

Your profile

  • Strong interest in logistics, transportation, and supply chain management
  • Previous internship or student work experience in logistics is an advantage but not required
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
  • Good Excel skills and confidence working with data
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluent English and German
  • Service-oriented, proactive, and reliable working style
  • Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week
