Patient Services Inbound Call Team*EVENINGS 2pm-7pm

Love helping kids and families feel comfortable and confident about their smiles? Dinosaur Dental is looking for friendly, patient, and dependable individuals to join our Patient Services Team. We are specifically looking for someone 2pm-7pm.

No experience? No problem! We provide full training in scheduling, patient communication, workflows, and insurance basics—and you’ll be paid while you learn.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer incoming calls with warmth, professionalism, and a family-friendly approach
• Schedule appointments
• Assist with general questions about treatment, insurance, payment plans, etc
• Verify basic insurance information
• Conduct outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and unscheduled treatment outreach
• Accurately document patient interactions and maintain organized, up-to-date records
• Collaborate with clinical and business team members to ensure a smooth and positive experience for every patient

• Integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic
• High School Diploma or GED required; pediatric, dental, or customer service experience is a plus but not required

Hourly Rate: $16.50 – $20.00
