The Bluestem Program will be the only treatment program in the nation where a person misusing substances, their partner, and their children receive holistic, full-family care in a home that’s all theirs. It’s a safe alternative to foster care that aims to end the cycle of addiction across generations.

Daily Impact looks like:

  • Ensuring the safety of the family and children through supervision and crisis intervention when necessary
  • Building community resources to help sustain families
  • Maintain safety and supervision of the Bluestem property
  • Provide trauma-informed care to all family members
  • This is an awake overnight position

Shift Summaries

Overnight 1: Sunday to Thursday 9 pm-7 am (4x10 hr shifts)

Overnight 2: Wednesday 11 pm-9 am; Thursday to Sunday 9 pm-7 am (4x10 hr shifts)


Pay Range: $50,000 to $55,000
