About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate Clinical Education Manager to join our team!
This role will be responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of innovative and contemporary clinical learning and development programs that support strategies to build a sustainable, robust and knowledgeable clinical workforce across St Vincent’s Private Northside and St Vincent's Private Hospital Brisbane.

Things that work for us:
Tertiary Qualifications in Nursing or equivalent
Post-Graduate qualifications in Education or equivalent
Minimum two (2) years teaching experience
Dynamic leadership skills with exceptional communication skills
A professional behaviour that nurtures the values and mission
Flexibility to work across multi-site and multi-disciplinary environments.
Ability to effectively lead a team and inspire through action to achieve the organisational strategy.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage responsibilities with the ability to remain self-driven, organised and empathetic
