The JOB:

The Hotel Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for supervising front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and supporting the front office team. This role assists with staff scheduling, training, handling guest concerns, and maintaining hotel policies and procedures.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily operations of the front desk. 
  • Welcome guests and ensure a positive check-in and check-out experience. 
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk associates. 
  • Create staff schedules and ensure adequate shift coverage. 
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. 
  • Monitor room availability, reservations, and occupancy levels. 
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. 
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments. 
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and service standards.  
  • Maintain accurate guest records using the hotel's property management system (HMS).
