Key Responsibilities
  • Review, assess, and action user-generated content reported on the social media platform, ensuring it aligns with community guidelines, platform policies, and Danish regulatory standards.
  • Identify, investigate, and escalate harmful, abusive, or policy-violating content submitted by Danish-speaking users, applying sound judgement and defined trust and safety frameworks.
  • Monitor social media trends, emerging threats, and coordinated inauthentic behaviours within the Danish-language digital ecosystem to proactively mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams including legal, policy, and product departments to refine content moderation workflows and improve platform safety outcomes.
  • Deliver accurate and timely decisions on content appeals and escalations from Danish-speaking users, upholding fairness, consistency, and transparency in every case.

  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with evolving social media policies, cultural nuances within Danish-speaking communities, and best practices in digital trust and safety.
  • Support the development and localization of safety resources and user communications tailored to Danish-speaking audiences across the platform.
  • Native or fluent Danish language proficiency (spoken and written) is essential — this role requires precise comprehension and evaluation of Danish-language content across social media platforms.
  • Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement).
  • Strong command of English for internal communication, reporting, and collaboration with international teams.
  • Prior experience in content moderation, trust and safety, customer support, or a related field within the social media or digital technology industry is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make well-reasoned, policy-compliant decisions under pressure and within defined timeframes.
  • High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity, particularly in relation to Danish-speaking communities and online behavioural norms within social media environments.
