As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell, you will lead a team to optimize manufacturing processes, drive innovation, and achieve operational excellence. Your role will enhance productivity, improve product quality, and drive customer satisfaction

 

Key Responsibilities:

CNC Programming & Machining Optimization

  • Develop, optimize, and document complex 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC programs using CAD/CAM Software for high-precision components.
  • Design and procure custom tooling, fixtures, and gaging necessary to meet tight-tolerance specifications.
  • Lead process validation and First Article Inspection (FAI) activities for new and revised machined parts.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions for machining deviations and non-conformances.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce cycle time, scrap, and tool costs across the machine shop.
