Position Summary:

The Mechanical Supervisor is responsible for leading crews in the field and keeping projects moving safely, efficiently and on schedule. This role coordinates daily work, supports the crew, removes roadblocks, and helps ensure every job is completed the right way the first time. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who communicates well, makes sound decisions, and takes pride in building a strong team and delivering quality work for our customers.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties 

• Complete daily JSA with crew and coordinate the daily tasks.
• Work closely together with the manager to meet all customer needs. 
• Drive and move equipment from location to location.
• Build fencing for customer needs.
• Regular daily labor and all other tasks as needed. 
• Supervise work execution and ensure work meets specifications.
• Coordinate manpower, tools, and equipment.
• Enforce safety rules, permits, and job safety analyses.
• Support inspections, testing, and documentation.
• Report progress, issues, and incidents to the Project Manager
   

Qualifications and Requirements 

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail and organization skills
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Safe driving record
• Previous oilfield experience preferred
   

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• 20%-30% of the time is spent sitting, driving, and communicating with employees and management.
• Up to 60% of the time will be spent climbing in and out of trucks, lifting up to 50 lbs., pulling up to 50 lbs., stepping      over walls up to 3 feet, bending, reaching, kneeling, walking.
• Working in all weather conditions including extreme cold/hot weather 

 Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $28 - $32/Hour 

 Overtime: Eligible after 40 hours of work in one week
