Turf Route Specialist I

Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 depending on experience, plus bonuses

As a Turf Route Manager, you will be responsible for managing a route of 400–500 customers, delivering excellent account management and customer service. You will perform turfgrass applications, fertilization, disease control, and other lawn care services.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain a route of 400–500 residential and commercial lawn care customers
• Perform weed control, fertilization, and other turf treatments
• Provide exceptional customer service and account management
• Handle turf bid requests and create proposals for potential clients
• Efficiently manage daily routes to ensure timely and quality service
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive lawn care solutions

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of experience in the green or agricultural industry preferred
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in agronomy, turfgrass, or agricultural sciences is a plus
- Valid Driver’s License and DOT certification required
- Holds a state-issued pesticide applicator license (turfgrass)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
