Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Nurse Practitioner for a brand-new outpatient practice with UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health in Lyons, New York.

POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Join the founding clinical team of a newly established outpatient practice.
  • Provide comprehensive patient evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing medical management.
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to establish workflows, clinical protocols, and patient care standards.
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while helping build a new practice from the ground up.
  • Participate in care coordination, patient education, and preventive health initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation while supporting continuous quality improvement.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Base Salary: $115,000-$135,000.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Current New York State Nurse Practitioner License.
  • National Certification.
  • Current DEA Registration.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification.
  • Minimum of 3,000 hours of direct clinical experience.
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
