Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Nurse Practitioner for a brand-new outpatient practice with UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health in Lyons, New York.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Join the founding clinical team of a newly established outpatient practice.
- Provide comprehensive patient evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing medical management.
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to establish workflows, clinical protocols, and patient care standards.
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while helping build a new practice from the ground up.
- Participate in care coordination, patient education, and preventive health initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation while supporting continuous quality improvement.

- Base Salary: $115,000-$135,000.

Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current New York State Nurse Practitioner License.
- National Certification.
- Current DEA Registration.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification.
- Minimum of 3,000 hours of direct clinical experience.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
