Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Psychiatric Nursing Director for Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Provide operational and clinical leadership for multiple psychiatric nursing units within an acute care hospital.
- Partner with the Chief Nursing Officer to oversee nursing practice, patient safety, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
- Direct clinical operations, staffing, budgeting, performance improvement, and resource management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop nursing leaders while promoting professional growth and accountability.
- Ensure high-quality, patient-centered behavioral health care through evidence-based nursing practice.
- Maintain 24/7 leadership accountability for assigned service lines.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Salary: $150,000-$185,000.

Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Associate Degree in Nursing with a Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field or BSN required.
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Master's Degree in a healthcare-related field required.
- Minimum of five years of psychiatric nursing leadership experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong leadership, operational, communication, and team development skills.
- Ability to oversee multiple nursing units while maintaining high standards of patient care.
