Job Summary


The Human Resources Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department by managing recruitment activities, employee onboarding and offboarding, and employee records management.

Requirements

Essential Duties:

· Manage the full-cycle process for all non-exempt positions, sourcing candidates, and attending career fairs.

· Coordinate pre-employment screenings, background checks, and new hire documentation.

· Manage employee separation processes.

· Maintain compliance with all onboarding and offboarding procedures.

· Assist employees with benefits by answering questions.

· Maintain benefits-related records and documentation.

· Other duties as assigned

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and recruiting best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Education / Experience:

  • High School diploma
  • Experience recruiting non-exempt positions preferred.
  • Experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) preferred.
  • Paylocity experience is a plus.
